God has blessed our congregation with an amazing man of God! As we celebrate 20th Pastoral Anniversary of Pastor Rick Robertson, we cannot help but be grateful to the Lord for giving us a gift of a pastor that is truly anointed, gifted in the Spirit and has a love for God’s people and the work of God that goes beyond anyone’s expectations. Through the spiritual leadership of Pastor Rick Robertson, McCormick’s Creek Church has experienced an unprecedented revival both in numbers and in the spiritual growth of believers. Rick Robertson has been a living example of a true Apostolic Ministry. His dynamic and God-led ministry touches the lives of not only those in our local church, but in many nations across the world. Bro. Robertson has provided leadership training and ministry in the Philippines and the Island of Palau. His heart for the work of God that goes beyond our local church has made him and our congregation an avenue through which God is touching many nations around the world.

Our church, like so many, has more than its share of programs, which is good. We want to reach every age group, and we want to see healthy fellowship. The church is a great deal more than programs: it is the body of Christ reaching out to lost and hurting humanity with the truth of God’s Word. We stand firmly on the Apostolic message of salvation found in the book of Acts – repentance, baptism in Jesus name, and the infilling of the Holy Spirit evidenced with speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance. It doesn’t stop there. We must go on “perfecting holiness in the fear of God.“ Without truth the church becomes no more than a social gathering. With truth we are a dynamic force in the world that can make a difference. Let me extend a personal invitation to join us and help us make a difference.
